Managing Director

Kevin Cody

Kevin is our Managing Director who started the business in June 2020. He has 40 years of insurance broking experience at Management and Board level, involving sales, broking and insurer market roles with regional, national and international insurance broking businesses.

Jaynie Mansfield

Jaynie joined the team in July 2020 and brings with her over 30 years of insurance broking knowledge and experience, having held several senior positions within the Financial Services sector.

Colin English

With over 30 years of commercial insurance experience, Colin joined us in August 2020. He has previously held senior roles for large regional and national insurance brokers, as well as various positions at insurance companies.

Lee Sutton

An insurance professional with more than 25 years of experience, Lee joined the team in September 2020 having previously worked in senior roles for regional, national and international insurance brokers.

Sarah Walden Cert CII

Sarah forms part of our original team at the formation of the company and possesses more than 20 years’ experience in managing a vast range of commercial and complex claims.

Kayleigh Lamplough Cert CII

Kayleigh forms part of our original team at the formation of the company and is an experienced commercial insurance account handler with several years of experience working for a large regional and national insurance broker.

Adam Harrison Cert CII

Joining us in August 2020, Adam has several years of experience working for a large regional and national insurance broker.

Steve Neal ACII

An insurance professional with more than 25 years’ experience, Steve has held various senior roles at large regional and national insurance brokers and is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Jordan Key

Jordan joined our team in January 2021 and brings with him an abundance of experience working within broking and sales environments for both national and multi-national insurance brokers.

Ruth Murray BA (Hons) Dip CII

Ruth joined us in January 2021 and brings with her over 25 years of broking experience with a regional and national insurance broker, handling insurance portfolios for clients in the SME, Mid-Market and Corporate Sectors.

Kerrie Thornton Dip CII

Kerrie joined our team in January 2021, having previously worked for a large regional and national insurance broker. Kerrie brings with her more than 25 years of broking experience, providing advice to clients involved a multitude of sectors and professions.

James Mansfield

James joined Radius (I.B.) Limited under our apprenticeship scheme in November 2020, and is busy developing his skills, learning from and supporting our wider team.

Wendy Flanagan

Wendy has recently joined Radius, having worked in the Financial Services industry for over 25 years. She has extensive knowledge of the property and personal insurance markets and will be concentrating on growing and servicing the Private Clients sector of Radius.

Adele Ferguson

Joining us in January 2022 Adele brings extensive knowledge and experience within the claims sector having worked for a large national broker handling a vast and varied range of claims during her 10 years in the industry.
